I enjoy riding my bicycle, but have hardly glance at it since the weather dropped below 60 degrees. I want to get back on it, both to build up endurance and strength, and to shed this cabin fever. I've spent a whole day reading reviews on the Bell Motivator Mag Indoor Bicycle Trainer, and while it's about the cheapest I have found, there are so many mixed reviews. Again, I just want to stay busy, and build some leg strength (so I'll need some resistance, preferably). Does anybody recommend this model trainer, or suggest another? Please give a detailed response.
Here in the south, we've been freezing in our little "Winter Wonderland" for weeks now. All of the local schools have been out for a week, and it's unbelievable how many of the county's roads have been left untouched. I long for 70 degree days, and you're braver than I to venture out in 35 degrees.
