So, anyone know some good substitutes for gram flour/besan? Like for Bhajia, sev, bataka vada, jalebi. I love it, but I discovered I'm allergic to it. NOT FUN, but I LOVE the stuff, and I don't want to give it up. Regular flour is just, blech - no texture. Anyone know any good substitutes that work?
