I would surprise your guy in a sexy outfit.
If you've ever done rollplaying than that's what I'm talking about, but don't tell him about it. Surprise him when he comes home from work as a sexy schoolgirl, cheerleader (this is a good one as it helps with some of the fantasies he may have had in high school), a geisha (my guy loved this one), change your hair color with semi-permanent dye (washes out in 4-7 days) so it makes it new for him too... and see what happens. Usually it will give him more ideas :)
