Increasing hip flexor muscles helps for sprinting?

Is this true? Because when you are sprinting your legs create that fast turnover and the power all comes from your hip flexors? So if they are stronger, you can keep your fast turnover pace for a longer amount of time?

Thanks for answering.

hanging leg raises is how you work them

remember to balance out with crunches or else you will have overworked hi flexors and cause spinal problems because the hip flexors connect to your spaine behind the abdominals! stretch them alot

hanging leg raise and leg raise hold will work this also to work the motor units well lie on the end of a bench leg legs hang down straight and leg flutter

goodluck and work obliques thats a tip!
