I'm in pretty good shape, but I want to lose a little bit of body fat to increase my definition, but my problem is that i live on a college campus and finding less fattening food is hard to do without being hungry all the time. Any suggestions?

The best way to burn fat is to consume less and move more, the issues appear when we really attempt to put that into practice! There are a lot of opportunities to fail in the big wide world aren't there?! The sole method which clearly worked for me is wu-yi tea, it can be checked out in the resource box underneath, they have a limited number of free trials remaining, it has been reported in Fox News and USA Today. I melted away twenty five pounds, it clearly does produce success!

If your in good shape it will be easier then you think, but could take a few months depending on how much you put into it. Go to the gym, do not lift your maximum weight, lift weights that can put tension on your muscles but don't make it so you give out after only a few sets. All cardio will get you toned, running, biking, situps, pullups, pushups. just try everything and see what you find the least stressful on your mind.

i think that he means he doesnt want to lose a lot of weight just some belly skin that is covering up some definition in the abs, or pecks, i would reccomend alot of water, less fat foods like chips and all that shit, and doing jumping jacks, and running is good aswell. If you drink protein shakes, from a local pharmacy, it increases muscle but you have to workout atleast 2 hours everyother day

I had too much fat in all the embarrassing zones until I tried out acai berry, I know they say that pills do not work, however they definitely worked for me, and they have been showcased on CBS News too. There's a free trial going on currently at http://jugrass.esomnio.com , try it out, why not?
