I was dieting for the last couple months and managed to get my appetite under control, to the point where I was not hungry whatsoever until the evening. Then I went to visit a friend and ate a little more than usual (some days we didn't eat, some days we ate a bit more heartily), and when I got back home, my appetite came back with a vengenace.
I seem to have the munchies all day. I'm not sure if it's due to boredom or not, but my eating habits are getting to a point where they have probably destroyed all weight loss from my diet and caused me to gain more weight.
I'm not sick, and I'm not pregnant. So why in the world am I so hungry so often? And is there anything I can do to decrease my hunger so I'm not putting on more pounds? It will take me about a week to get back to my previous routine, but my willpower is only so strong until then.
