hey im 14 and i need to know how to increase my upper body strength, preferably without having to do excersises like push ups cuz i cant do those yet (the reason i want to increase upper body), and i would also like to learn how to increase my speed and endurance, and also maybe my abs get stronger not like six pack just stronger, i have till next semester starts so i will have plenty of time to work on this thank you for all your answers in advance and best one gets 10 points
