Inclusion special education teacher interview questions?

Since school is out in Louisiana, I am looking for an inclusion sped teacher to answer a few questions for me concerning a paper I need to write.
How would you describe your role as a special education teacher?
What are your responsibilities in managing your inclusive classroom?
Do you use Direct instruction and if so give examples of your teaaching method.
What is the most challanging or frustrating about special education?

I appreciate any help that you can give.
