to anyone who has played the viral game i noticed that that after you visit the main website (where the spinning top spins and eventually falls) takes you to a different screen where there are 4 or 5 boxes and you can only click the one with the spinning top in

i think that for each box you can click it leaRAB to a viral game where a new poster or trailer can be seen

Saw this today and despite being an ultimate girly girl who detests most action films, I absolutely loved it! Was completely gripped all the way through and surprisingly I understood it quite well (I usually struggle to understand films more complicated than Mean Girls! Pulp fiction was an absolute nightmare!)

I found it really original and clever and thought the effects were just right. The ending did bug me a bit, but it added to the effect of the movie and it certainly made everyone in my cinema talk about it!

Loved it and for an actiony film for me, that is rare!

Also struggling to see why so many people found it confusing. I mean, it definitely required your full attention, but everything was explained as the film went along. It was an unusual concept, definitely, but I thought it was easy to follow.

As for those concerned about the ending, it was deliberately ambiguous.

Great film though. I enjoyed it a lot.

Ritch - Agreed. Since this movie bad a budget of a Bond movie and will likely outperform those films, I really don't get the logic behind people thinking this is some kind of bond showreel.
The snow fortress is just another way of conveying how difficult it is, in the depths of Fishers mind, to implant an idea.

I think it will be one of those films that you'll have to watch at least 2/3 times to fully understand.

I'm seeing it on Friday and looking forward to it. Just hope there aren't any neRAB/chavs in my screening expecting something similar to The Dark Knight. Can you imagine the uproar?! :D

Apparantly there are 4 things that may happen during the Inception end credits.

1. The screen cuts to black and you hear the spinning top fall
2. After all the credits you hear the spinning top fall
3. After all the credits rolls you hear the spinning top still spinning
4. You hear nothing through the end credits or after they stop or when the screen cuts to black

I enjoyed it so much more the second time, mainly because I concentrated more in the bits where a character explained things (which actually happens alot during the film).
I thought...
..the wedding ring indicating a dream (or flashback) was a brilliant idea. Notice at the end you never get to see his left hand and whether he's wearing it - so although the kiRAB are older/wearing different clothes you can't tell if Leo's still dreaming. Brilliant. :D

I really feel sorry for the conspiracy nut jobs. Such a high level of fear about the world. Is that any way to live their lives? Ask yourself. "How does any of this stuff affect me directly?". Are you telling me that an artist / film maker has access to secret government projects, or is actually in cohorts with them to slowly drip feed us information as to how they're screwing us over? Why would they do that? It's utterly ridonkulous.

Now dont get me wrong, i understand film makers make deals with the army so they can use shots of all their gear, in return, the army is to be shown in a 'positive light'. I understand that. To go any further than that is just madness. I also understand that the military are years ahead of 'us sheep', due to the crazy R&D budgets they have.

The thing is though, you 'point things out' in such an arrogant / holier than thou way, it makes it hard to hear what the conspiracy nuts say. Give people more credit. "The sleeping masses", "you people are sheep". It's the same old tired BS that every kid with an internet connection spouts as soon as they come across a David Icke website, via Infowars, via the X-Files.

We went to see Toy Story 3 the week before we saw this film. The start time on the board was something like 2.30 but the film didn't start until about 3 so when we went to see Inception we thought no point going bang on time there is tons of trailers and adverts. How pigging wrong! That film started at the stated time for some reason yet they sold us the tickets AND i had to sit in the front row, my husband in the back!! Missed the important bits and sat inbetween some snoggers obviously not interested in the film (and they were in the front row) I had serious rage i can tell you.

Rollerbabe@

Well that's one of the weird things I didn't quite "get" about this movie. In some scenes Cob and his wife were young, even as they lay on the tracks.. yet in another they were old. I can't wait to see this again just to try and take it all in. It may become the first movie I've ever seen twice at a cinema.
