My mum watched the last episode the other day and found it hilarious. I was quite surprised. I'll have to show her some of the better episodes and see if they have the same effect,
I agree I thought the episode was more of an establishment of characters and their similarities and contrasts. The final scene or establishing shot was very good. It symbolized the characters walking away from adolescence and into the wooRAB which is supposed to be an analogy of the bigger world. The car itself is a motif of adolescence. It was not sentimental at all but just realistic.
I still think they'll build up to something big in the second half. Been a bit slow paced but, good things come to those who wait (Extra points for Will's mum)
McFarts!! Neil will surely get off with someone? He cannot lose! I remember going to that Uni for a visit years ago whilst in 6th form.It was in the middle of nowhere. Nice people at the time though.
