it only shows a blank window? I really want to update my files so can you please help?
In the Options>Library menu, the 'Retrieve additional info. from the Internet' is checked.
In the Options>Privacy menu, the 'Update music files by retrieving media info from the Internet' is also checked... but still nothing happens...
