In what martial arts can you learn these weapons?

Nunchaku (How many can you use?)
Tonfa
Staff
I forgot the name but its a blade that is curved at the end of the blade
Kamas
and
Three Section Staff
 
Most of them are okinawan, so I would look for an Okinawan art that is not karate (because kara-te translates to "empty hand", so no weapons).

Staves can be found in almost every martial art that uses weapons.

The three section staff is of chinese origin so finding an art that mixes it with the others may be difficult.

And your blade question is a little vague, it could be any sword from scimitar to darn dao to katana to odachi, etc.
 
most of these weapons you could learn them in Kung Fu and karate. I'll say forget these weapons learn KRAV MAGA you will not regret it. with all due respect.
