...company if we are in dispute? As British Gas are jerking me about, and won't let me see my records for last year - they have altered my direct debit and tariff without asking or informing me, and spontaneously decided I haven't paid a bill for a year and owe them about a grand (all BS).

I just want to know, am I legally entitled to see their records?
