with civil code 1749.5? california civil law 1749.5, the ability to redeem cash back for any gift card balance of under 10$
We were given a 20$ taco bell gift card today and asked them about the california cash back civil law that was passed sometime in 09 i believe, they did not acknowledge this and tried to dick us around for about half an hour even though we showed them california law and civil codes
the taco bell website has a request form online to fill out for cash back, i don't think that applies in california, does it?
isn't it immediate onsite redemtion?
the back of the card itself states that cash back is granted where state law applies, which it does here
could i file a civil suit against the taco bell company for this?
i'm sick of the bullshit loops and turns they're throwing us into
i need answers, PLEASE
any answer from a civil attorney would be prime
thanks!
