In the muslim culture, is it normal for a husband to have to support his mother

and four siblings along....? with his wife and child? Does the mother have an overall say in his spendings? If so, where is the line drawn? How much support for mom and siblings, how much for wife and child? Who is the priority? What if he cannot afford it all?
