In the entire history of "birther" lawsuits, how many victories of any type can

birthers claim? Have any of the following things occurred?

1. Has any judge granted any motion filed by a birther?
2. Has any judge agreed to hear a case filed by a birther on the merits?
3. Has any defendants' motion to dismiss for lack of standing or for failure to state a claim been denied?

If the answer to any of the above is "yes," may I please have some identifying information about the case?

Thanks.
May I have the name of the plaintiff in the name of the case that has not been thrown out, so I CAN Google it?

The answer is yes to all three. None of the cases involving Obama's birth were ever admitted on the basis of determining if it was legitimate, but rather to determine if the person raising the lawsuit had the standing to raise it. In other words: was it their business to make these claims.

The only groups that I can think of that could legitimately raise such a lawsuit would be the opposing candidates campaign or the FEC, and of course the FEC can just disqualify the candidate if they are invalid.

In terms of Obama, none of the lawsuits went anywhere.

Rewind back in time to Barry Goldwater, and his case went to the Supreme Court. I find this interesting: despite NOT being a natural born citizen, Goldwater was allowed to run for president.

So Obama forked out $950,000.00 of campaign funds to lawyers to keep his birth and school records Sealed for the Hell of it huh? And yes you can Google that . There is only one reason he did that and you know it . How bad is it going to be for Democrat's when it comes out Obama will be impeached for fraud. I my self am really looking forward to that.
