Example: I have 2 Stormscape Familiars in play and 2 Sunscape Familiars in play, making all my blue and white spells cost 1 less to play for each. This makes my blue and white Kangee, the Aerie Keeper's casting cost WU but can the extra -2 to cost count for the Kicker cost and give it 2 additional feather counters?
In the card game Magic the Gathering, can a Familiar lower the cost of a kicker?
