In terms of the jobs you can get, what is the difference between having a

Bachelors in Education & a Masters? My undergrad degree is NOT education, but I'm considering getting a Masters in education in the same field of my undergrad degree. I just want to know if that is even worth the effort -- do people who have a Masters in education get better teaching jobs than people who just have a Bachelors? How much further can you go with a Masters? Thanks
