In terms of bullet hell shmups, which game is harder: Ikaruga or a Touhou game?

If some of you 'Answers' don't know what either of these two games are, then just Youtube it.

And if you are going to search up Touhou, I would prefer if you specifically searched up "Touhou Lunatic", considering Lunatic is Touhou's hardest difficulty.
