Tienes un jardÃ*n precioso.
Tienes un jardÃ*n súper padre.
Tienes un jardÃ*n increÃ*ble.
Tienes un jardÃ*n padrÃ*simo.
Me encanta/fascina tu jardÃ*n.

All those would do, but only No. 2 and 4 are Mexican expressions.

The others have given many right answers, but you say that your neighbor is an old lady and if you say: Tienes un jardin padrisimo, she doesn't understand you...
It's better that you say: Tienes un jardin hermoso:
