There's actually three tour guides at a time. And we were assigned to her group. All of them were pleasant and I think she is the most charming. The factory tour would last 1-2 hrs and then they will herd you to the shop so you can part away with your hard earned euros. The application form did ask if you are affiliated with a local Ducati club but I doubt if it might affect your request of the factory tour. The factory/museum is not really that big, but it is worth a visit if you are in the area. 2-3 hrs away will be Modena where you can also visit the ferrari and lamborghini factories.
