In search of anime series which I cant remember

hey all, I cant remember name of the anime series which I saw like 5 years ago for only few eps... the story is about 2 guys who have some special powers, other one had spiky blond hair and I think his affiction was lightning or some sort, and then there was a black(?) guy with some power arm(?) and what I remember from the episodes, is that the guys usually hanged out in some kind of a bar, and they got letters which had missions assigned to them. one episode consisted a big battle in a hightech castle, where was a super human computer or something like that...

can anyone tell me what anime series this is? would love it to watch it again!

and no, this aint some final fantasy thing.

Yeah, sounds closest to Get Backers. Except the other protagonist (Ban) wasn't black, though he did wear a black suit and had black hair. The snakebite attack sounds pretty similiar though.
