I need a top coat for my nails.I've tried one from sally hansen and it streaks up my nailpolish,makes it peel and chips within a hour no matter how much time I give my nails to dry. I look for reviews on top coats but all people ever speak about is shine. I don't care much for how shiny it looks I just dnt want it to chip! So any suggestions? Is seche vite really as good as people say?
