I live in Scotland, and finished off an HNC last year and would like to bolster it by a year at college doing an NQ in a specific course, however... about 4/5 years ago i recieved a bursary for 1 year, then 2 years ago i recieved one more.
I was advised i would not be granted a third and would be required to appeal this.
My question is, is this correct? if yes, how do i challenge it?.
Would appreciate adult responses please, nothing aggresive.
