...still go on 4 red light runners? Details: In SF, there are more red light camera stations (metal box on a pole). I understand that some boxes are empty at any given time because the actual cameras are placed on street corner stations (boxes) on a rotating basis bc there aren't enough cameras to go around. If someone runs a red light and the flash goes on, does it mean that there's actually a camera inside or does the flash just go on for red light runners with or without a real camera inside?
