In RollerCoaster Tycoon 3, is there any way to level all the terrain to the same height?

I was modifying some terrain, and now there are a bunch of tiny terrain differences that are making breaks in my paths and blocking coasters I try to build. They're TINY TINY height differences, too small to even see. Is there a cheat or command to level all the terrain to default? Just to flatten everything?
