In R&S in what context should you discuss the Bible?

Here is the context in which you should discuss the Bible:

An unknown writer said:
"This book is the mind of GOD, the state of man, the way of salvation, the doom of sinners, and the happiness of believers. It's doctrines are holy, it's precepts are binding; it's histories are true, and it's decisions are immutable. Read it to be wise, believe it to be safe, practise it to be holy. It contains light to direct you, food to support you, and comfort to cheer you. It's the traveler's map, the pilgram's staff, the pilot's compass, the soldier's sword, and the christians character. Here, paradise is restored, heaven opened, and the gates of hell are disclosed, and then defeated! CHRIST is it's grand subject, our good it's design, and the glory of GOD it's end. It should fill the memory, rule the heart, and guide the feet. Read it slowly, frequently, and prayerfully. It is a mine of wealth, a paradise of glory, and a river of pleasure. Follow it's precepts and it will lead you to Calvary, to the empty tomb, to a resurrected life of CHRIST; yes, to glory itself, for eternity."

it doesn't seem to matter. if someone disagrees with me they invariably say that I'm "taking it out of context".

I thought this was a question and answer section, you know, like you really have a question and want to know something and post a question for someone who knows to answer to help you understand, not a place of contention and debate
I think for the most part that has been lost in the turmoil of foolishness

Anyway you would like. My favorite discussion was the many uses of the bible such as beer coaster, door stop, toilet paper and a tool to bang someone in the head.
