In pokemon blue version for gameboy... what can i do to get the bike that costs 1 mil?

i have 146k dollars and i cant really go farther in the game without a bicycle.

You can only actually carry $999,999 in the game, just $1 short of $1,000,000. The million-dollar bike is just in the game to frustrate you (haha!).

The only way to get a bike in the game is to get the Bike Voucher and exchange it for a bike, then you can ride it and go on Cycling Road and whatnot. To get the Bike Voucher, go and talk to the Chairman of the Pokemon Fan Club in Vermillion. Then go back and exchange it for a bike.
