I'm not sure if i'm explaining this very well but I have a picture of someone that I have turned in to a night vision image but their eyes don't look right, they need to be that sort of effect where when you film someone in night vision they go very freaky and look as though light is reflecting off them like cats eyes in the road or something. If you could tell me how to do it or direct me to a tutorial. Thanks in advance for answers
