make it so i can see those boxes that go around the outside of whatever you are trying to transform.

you know the ones that you click and drag to warp things
 
Ok Firstly ensure your "tool" set is enabled. It's the long tall bar of tools. Got about 30 things on?

If you can't see it, click on Windows, and check "tools".

Now the selector grab tool should be the first (top most left) icon. It's a little square drawn is dashes?

Now select the area you wish to work with and go for it. Now the box shape will disappear after you select something else, but it should hang around till you finish working on it. So I guess the answer to your question, how do I keep all the boxes there,,,,you can't! sorry!
