In New York what are the laws about parental liability for underage drinking?

my daughter had a party with alcohol while i was on vacation.
i had no knowledge of this event, and grounded her when i got home and was informed of this party by my neighbors.
Anyway one of the girls (18 years old) got arrested for trespassing
and the cops came to my house but no one was home
What could possibly happen when this girl goes to court if she says she was drinking at my house?
jail time and fine.... please help me =/
 
Your very lucky this kid didnt kill some one or herself. as long as you did not condone the drinking or buy the alcohol you should be fine especially if the girl was brought in for tresspassing I should think that showed unwanted entry however in todays society the parents of this girl will want to put the responsibility on some one else they may cause you problems be prepared for them saying you did know and that you condoned it
