with exception to Tom Marrow taking a new job, how come most of the people who left the show NCIS because of some violent act. Gerald left because Ari shot him (though survived) but never returned despite the season 3 premier guest appearance. Jenny and Kate were both shot to death. How come the route was less violent to leave the show?
