"In my daughter's schools there is a silly policy of no backpacks .?

I am aware of the carry-on policy, but she having a hrd time carrying heavy books.
 
i went to a school like that. it really is stupid, isn't it? i'm sorry she's stuck there - bright side is she'll get strong? Just tell her to try to make more stops at her locker
 
I am so sorry your daughter is having to carry heavy books, that sucks! Due to the heaviness of the books I would bring this policy up to the school they should have to have some type of alternate.Maybe they can have someone help her.I know some schools do not allow book bags with wheels but no book bag, that's crazy and your child is a child. I wonder who made such a stupid policy maybe its for safety or something.
 
I had no idea the books are that heavy in preschool.

what about a brown paper bag?
