Contrary to previous answers, this is not possible.
You can manipulate resources from your web but you can never control other website's resources.
You can play/pause/rewind/stop audio files that is accessible in your domain using Java, Flash or SilverLight. But you can never manipulate other's web. It's not just it isn't possible, but it's also against copyright laws and security breaches.
Your pocket is your pocket. My wallet is my wallet.
You wouldn't want anyone grabbing your buttocks anytime they want would you?

first when a visitor to my website clicks on my button i would like it to ( with only one click) play a 15 second audio file, then when the audio file is done playing open up a web page to another website in a window on the same(my) page, then play another 15 second audio file, then when that audio file is finished playing, click a link to download a piece of software that is embedded on that page it just opened open up and then when the "Save" or "Run" or "Cancel" dialog box comes up for that piece of software, play another 15 second audio file and when that is done playing play a 5 second flash video in a flash player embedded in My page. I remind you my question is how do i make all this happen by the button only being clicked once by the person visiting my page.
