In GTA 4, where is the best place to get Hummers? Where are Hummers overpopulating?

I like Hummers when police chase me because they could simply overpowers the police cars. I think I saw lots of Hummers near the Times Square (or is this called The Triangle in the game?) part but I'm not really sure. Or how about near Dwayne and Playboy X's locations? Where are the Hummers?!?!
