This isn't racist, just curious. And I know that all cultures have their immature ones, but according to your own experiences, what do you think when based on mainly just culture and such? From what I've experienced, European guys seem more immature than American ones lol, and Arab guys seem more mature than either of them. African guys too.
In general... which culture of men do you find most mature?
