In Garnishment for Child Support what is the proof needed I am supporting a family?

I am paying NY child support however, I live in Florida. My employer is taking out the maximum allowed for child support with arrears as 65%. However, after I have researched this and I am supporting another family (2 daughters and their mother live with me) they should only be taking out the maximum of 55%. They are not sure what "proof" is needed and are too lazy to call the employer help line for the state of Florida. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
To Bronzebabykentucky:

That is not true...see below:

For employees with new dependents:
50% if the notice covers current support only
55% if the notice requires an arrears payment in addition to the current support

For employees without new dependents:
60% if the notice covers current support only
65% if the notice requires an arrears payment in addition to the current support

He has 2 biological children (dependents) that live with him now so according to the above info that I found from the Federal Gov't laws he should only have to pay 55%. But no where that I can find does it say what (if any) proof there has to be.
