Does anyone listen to the Swedish Metal band In Flames? They are very talented. Their guitarist Jesper Strorablad is one the best soloist I've every heard (Yngwie Malmsteen is not included). On their music section of the website you can hear samples of their last 4-5 albums. Post and say what you think.

I could care less what people say, I like listening to their old and new stuff, they've been through a lot of stuff, they've had a lot of band merabers come and go, so i could see why their music might sound a little different, but I like all of their songs.

In Flames (along with At The Gates and Dark Tranquillity) invented and perfected the genre.

Now I can't really understand why you hate metal. Metal rules and that's all there is too it. Go listen to Cynic and try and tell me it isn't the best band ever. You can't. Cause they really are.

Smoke some weed and mellow the **** out. You flip **** on everyone and you dont even know what you are talking about. Stop corabing metal review sites trying to find something better.

I'm gonna go listen to Cynic more. And I can YSI if you need me too.

Fairly boring Swede-scene garbage. I really blame At The Gates for sucking hard enough to start a trend, but damn every last band that was lame enough to join along.

Here is my order of the albums. Also keep in mind I still haven't heard their second album Subbterrainian or something like that.

Whoracle (Come on this is definately the best.)
The Jester Race (It is better than Colony.)
Colony (They upped the speed on their music and still stayed original.)
Come Clarity (It is more original than Clayman. Clayman was just a copy of Colony.)
Clayman (At this point we are at the sucky albums.)
Lunar Strain (Yeah it gets much worse.)
Soundtrack of Your Escape (OMG yuck!)
Reroute to Remain (This album will go to music hell.)
