...causing me to rear end them.? I got the ticket for following to closely even though that person caused the wreck. I had less then 2 seconds to react, i yanked the wheel hard right and slammed on my brakes trying to get the van in the lane that driver had just come out of which was completely empty. There was 3 vehicles ahead of me about 7 - 8 car lengths, stopped at the red light and once it turned green is when the guy whipped in front of me about 1/2 a car length in front. How do i fight it, if i get charged with it i will lose my license and have to do 180 days in jail.
In Colorado a driver whipped in front of me and then slammed on their brakes...
