In Catholicicm,is anger from sleep deprivation something that has to be confessed?

I read a Cathoic woman say that and that people are called to be kind at all times even when have physiological difficulties like hunger or sleep deprivation and that people should confess it and "try again" and ask for Gods (supernatural) grace because it is from the fallen human nature.
This seems a bit cruel though, because how far then could you extend this logic?
IE:by the same logic you'd then have to say that anger from disabled children is due to fallen nature and must be confessed and asked for grace, that confused or irrational etc anger from people with mental disorders is due to fallen nature and must be confessed and asked for grace etc-this seems somewhat cruel.
