In Call Sounds are really quiet

I just flashed to Amon Ras' Recovery v1.2.3 and my in call sounds, like people voice on the other end are really quiet, but if i put it on speaker phone it sounds fine, I dont know if this is related to the flashing to Amon Ras' Recovery v1.2.3 but i was just wanting to see if anyone has this issue or any suggestions.

Also at the same time of this flash i partitioned my sd card and started using apps2sd, not sure if that helps any but just trying to figure it out.
