What are the odds of actually getting one?
First of all, don't assume that I'm asking for myself. Did you take into consideration that maybe I have a child who was assaulted and the guy who did it is applying for one of these?

Secondly, are you saying that you think person who got drunk and decided to urinate while outside because he/she couldn't hold it anymore should get the death penalty/ life in prison/ or have his/her genitalia cut off? How about a guy who mooned a crowd when he was still in high school?
