you graduate after 2010? i graduate in 2010 but i always heard that if you graduate in 2011 or after that, you have to wait til you are 18 to get your lisence. one of my friends graduates in 2011 but she said she made the cutoff so she can still get it when she is 16....i don't care cuz i don't want to drive yet, but i was just wondering when this law actually takes place...
