...acquired car, or can my mother do it? My dad gave me his old car not to long ago. I filled out the certificate of title and we both singed it. The problem is, im in college right now with the nearest DMV is about 40 min away from me by bus, which make it difficult to get to between classes. Do i personally have to give it to the DMV or can i have my mother do it for me?
