I was driving on the 101 and I thought the speed limit was 75, then the light flashed, I looked at my speedometer and it said 75 so I thought I was in the clear. I thought it caught the person next to me going faster than I was. Well I just got the ticket in the mail. I called the court and asked if I could just go to driving school, and the lady said that they don't report the tickets to the MVD. Does that mean that even if I pay it, it won't go on my record? My parents pay my insurance, and I don't want to go through the nightmare I did with my first ticket. I don't want to not pay it and then not be able to answer my door for the next few months or whatever, I just don't want it on my record.
