Why would we do that? If we want guest workers we could just issue guest worker visas to Central Americans. The problem simply is that there are more people that want jobs than there are jobs.

In Britain it seems as though most people wish Poles and other Eastern Europeans to be deported. This is a good solution: Allow some of them to stay but tell the others that life in America will be better and they will make more. Then most of them will go to The South West states like California and they will replace the illegal laborers with workers from a much closer culture.
Although I'm not forcing them to leave. The ones who wish to stay can stay but conditions will be better in America.

That's just plain wrong. You're suggesting that the United States have preference of one nationality over another. And how exactly is Polish culture "much closer" to American culture than Mexican culture, as I assume you're speaking of? Hmm... you must be referring to race, right?
