...comparative extrapolation? if you take a breathalyzer test they need to do a second test 30 minutes after to see if your levels are dropping or going up. i drank about 3 minutes before an accident, and about 5 minutes from home. so i would not of had been over legal limit at accident. but i would have been at the time of the blood draw. a second test would have shown a decline in bac levels but they took 1 sample then a second 42 hours later.
