I'm doing a course, and i was looking a little help! That's the question,, you have to choose 2 answers and the answers they give are
*Food Temperature Records
*Cleaning Records
*Fire Records
*Accident book
* And 2 others i cant remember,,,

But i know for a fact that as a combined answer * Food Temp & Cleaning Records are wrong!

Can anyone shine a little light on this for me?
