On Sept of this year,I was taken off my bike in a parking lot by a driver cuttin thru at low speed but they still got me. I don't know how but after being tossed around my right knee is all wobbly feeling. I had to crawl for a week at home,etc. The adjuster wants a diagnosis on my knee but how can I get one if the ortho dr. The ER says to see is close to 400 for an upfront fee?he already offered me 5 grand for bike and medical I turned down and then wanted me to accept a letter saying they would pay my bills for up to a certain amount which I promptly rejected. I know it in my gut this ACL is torn. But how bad I don't know and why is he offering a paper garuntee as he called it but won't offer any other setttlement? Need advise please!!
