Importgsm.com? Pebl?

Well I was wondering if i bought this item (Orange Pebl):

Would it come unlocked? I am assuming so since it doesnt say in there anything about Tmobile only.

has anyone shopped with them? if so what was it like?

Not a lot to go on, take what you can from it. They seem better then others I've researched.

There isnt alot to go on but there is just enough to make me confident enough to buy.

I went ahead and bought the orange pebl. I really wish my order status was working, but it isnt....
